What You'll Do:<ul><li>Lead the design and development of innovative pipeline inspection technologies and electromechanical systems.</li><li>Develop concepts, detailed 3D CAD models, engineering calculations, FEA simulations, prototypes, and manufacturing-ready designs.</li><li>Plan and execute prototype validation, laboratory testing, and field trials to verify product performance.</li><li>Work closely with electrical, software, manufacturing, operations, and product teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions.</li><li>Investigate product performance, identify root causes of failures, and implement engineering improvements.</li><li>Create detailed engineering documentation including drawings with GD&amp;T, technical reports, specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and design documentation.</li><li>Adapt proprietary technologies to meet customer- and project-specific requirements.</li><li>Support manufacturing and production teams during fabrication and product launch.</li><li>Coordinate engineering changes within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers to develop high-quality, manufacturable, and cost-effective solutions.</li><li>Provide technical support for customer installations, commissioning activities, and field deployments.</li><li>Develop technical documentation and training materials for internal teams and end users.</li><li>Participate in design reviews and drive continuous product improvement.</li></ul> What You'll Bring:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience designing mechanical or electromechanical systems in a product development or manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong proficiency with Autodesk Inventor, including finite element analysis (FEA).</li><li>Solid understanding of mechanical design, machine building, manufacturing processes, and product development.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support product testing, commissioning, and customer deployments.</li></ul>The estimated salary range for this position is $80K to $95K plus bonus.
