We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives within your designated territory by promoting Xylem products to customers in mining and industrial applications, while building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.The role also includes building strategic relationships with consultants, contractors, and business managers, maintaining accurate customer records, delivering timely reporting, and collaborating effectively across sales and support functions.This role is open for candidates across whole NSW!Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Implement territory sales plans with the Sales Manager to achieve sales objectives and drive growth across assigned mining and industrial markets </li><li>Conduct regular customer visits, provide product advice and technical guidance, and deliver engineering-based solutions that meet customer needs </li><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities using market intelligence, tender pipelines, and future construction leads </li><li>Prepare sales orders, maintain accurate CRM records, contribute to sales meetings, and provide timely reports and customer updates </li><li>Build strategic relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, while acting as a trusted advisor on technical and service queries </li><li>Support business growth through marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and trade shows, while adhering to pricing policies and EHS and QA standards </li></ul>About YouYou are a proactive sales professional who understands the importance of combining strong commercial execution with technical credibility.
