These new projects will supply industrial gases to Chemical industry, Coal Chemical Industry, Steel industry, Electronics industry etc. as well as merchant market customers.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Coordinate receipt and review of RFQs/tenders, including logging, tracking, compliance checks, and clarifying scope of work and client expectations.</li><li>Development of winning bid strategies, working in collaboration with Function Leadership and Business Teams.</li><li>Supporting product development and improvement activities to drive competitiveness of our products and offerings.</li><li>Ensuring that there is constructive collaboration across different functional teams (engineering, projects, Business team, Process technology etc.) in the preparation of proposals.</li><li>Completion of assigned technical proposals and estimates on time, in line with Customer requirements and within the budget agreed with the Commercial Manager.</li><li>Ensuring bid risks are effectively evaluated and documented with mitigation methods</li><li>Engage with vendors (if required) for technical discussions, quotations, and alignment of specifications and scope.</li><li>Developing estimates &amp; working with construction estimation team</li><li> Reviewing equipment offers, BOQs, validating benchmarks.</li><li>Lead internal management review, presenting risk assessments, key assumptions, costing summaries, and competitive insights.</li><li>Developed comprehensive techno proposals including scope write-ups, technical deliverables, Estimates, exclusions, and deviations.</li><li>Ensure that all proposals adhered to AP standards and are fully compliant with BMS documentation, templates, and quality requirements</li><li>Support Business Team in contract review and coordinate handover to project execution teams after award</li><li>Win /Lost order analysis</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><p>Required:</p><ul><li>Degree in Engineering</li><li>Up to 8-15 years’ experience in relevant industry &amp; Roles</li><li>Semiconductor Gas bidding experience</li><li>Led ≥3 firm bids (&gt;USD 50MM)</li><li>Strong commercial mindset</li><li>Able to lead cross-functional teams independently</li><li>Comfortable presenting to customers and management</li><li>Understand CAPEX + OPEX+  schedule + risk</li><li>Broad experience in Industrial Gases, Oil &amp; Gas , Petrochemical industries</li><li>Ability to travel both Local and international (approx. 10-15% annually)</li><li>Experience of EPC projects</li><li>Due to the nature of the role, the incumbent must be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment with a demanding workload while balancing changing/competing priorities</li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li>Experience in Air Separation industry /Technology</li></ul><p></p><p>Licenses / Certifications:</p><ul><li></ul><h2>Competencies</h2><ul><li>Experience of working in organizations in Industrial gases, Oil &amp; Gas, Petrochemical industries preferred</li><li>Self-Management and motivation to win profitable projects</li><li>Demonstrate ability to work productively and proactively in a global team environment, collaborating with functional groups across the entire breadth of Air Products in all regions</li><li>Sound business and financial acumen to analyze data</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment with a demanding workload while balancing changing/competing priorities.
