Role Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Procurement Specialist to support our New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sourcing and procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer products environment, and a strong passion for learning and problem-solving.This role requires a self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and proactively drive supplier engagement to ensure successful and timely product launches.Roles and Responsibility:<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers capable of meeting cost, quality, innovation, and timeline requirements.</li><li>Collaborate closely with R&amp;D, Quality, Manufacturing, Branding and Supply Chain teams to support product launch milestones.</li><li>Obtain quotations, conduct commercial evaluations, and negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms.</li><li>Drive supplier development and ensure supplier readiness for new product introductions.</li><li>Track project timelines and proactively mitigate sourcing risks that could impact launch schedules.</li><li>Support material qualification, sample procurement, and testing activities for NPD projects.</li><li>Maintain procurement documentation, supplier data, contracts, and sourcing records.</li><li>Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.</li></ul>Requirement:<ul><li>3 -5 Yrs of Experience in procurement especially from NPD/ New Product Development</li><li>From graduate of B.E/B.Tech as educational qualification.</li><li>Strong learning agility – eager to learn new categories, technologies, and market dynamics.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li><li>High ownership and accountability.</li><li>Comfortable working in ambiguity and changing project priorities.</li><li>Team player with a collaborative approach.</li></ul>
