As a Quality Control Intern, you will support the Quality team in ensuring that products meet the required standards through inspections, testing activities, and quality data analysis. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, and Technical teams while developing practical knowledge of quality systems, testing methodologies, and manufacturing processes.WHAT YOU WILL DO<ul><li>Support quality control activities in line with established standards, procedures, and control plans.</li><li>Assist in performing mechanical and functional tests on products using laboratory equipment.</li><li>Support product inspections and compliance verification activities.</li><li>Assist in the management and documentation of non-conforming products.</li><li>Help collect, analyze, and report quality data and test results.</li><li>Support corrective action initiatives by sharing testing outcomes and findings.</li><li>Participate in the testing and validation of alternative raw materials.</li><li>Assist in monitoring the calibration status of measuring instruments and laboratory equipment.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Engineering, and Quality.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and process performance.</li></ul>ABOUT YOU<ul><li>Technical Diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Industrial Technologies, or a related field.</li><li>Interest in Quality Control, Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement.</li><li>Basic knowledge of quality inspection methods and manufacturing processes.</li><li>Basic knowledge of plastic materials is considered a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with measuring instruments such as gauges, thickness gauges, and micrometers is considered an advantage.</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.</li><li>Fluent Italian and basic English skills.</li></ul>WHAT WE OFFERWe offer a 6-month internship with a progressive reimbursement package: €700/month for the first 3 months and €900/month for the remaining 3 months; together with a comprehensive benefits and development package including:✔ Hands-on experience within a Quality Control laboratory and manufacturing environment✔ Exposure to quality systems, testing methodologies, and compliance processes✔ Collaboration with cross-functional teams and experienced professionals✔ Professional development and continuous learning opportunities✔ Inclusive and collaborative working environment✔ Opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that support operational excellence and product qualityABOUT OUR WORKPLACEAliaxis is proud to be an equal opportunity employer who welcomes candidates and employees from all backgrounds.We are guided by our behaviours — We Care, We Dare, We Deliver!
