Join us and help meet one of the most important energy challenges of our time while building a rewarding career. OverviewCCE is seeking a highly motivated candidate with utility solar experience to serve as the onsite operations representative during new site construction and manage a team of field technicians to perform preventative and corrective maintenance activities after substantial completion. The ideal applicant will possess the ability to learn quickly in a constantly changing environment, works well on a team, is highly organized and articulate, and can effectively communicate complex problems and recommended solutions. This role will be responsible for leading site technicians, managing day-to-day performance, and ensuring safety, compliance, and reliability across the site.Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with CCE EPC Management, the contracted EPC firm, and other CCE personnel to safely and successfully bring the new site to substantial completion</li><li>Manage daily operations of assigned solar PV and storage sites across the region, ensuring optimal performance and uptime</li><li>Lead and develop a team of field service technicians and contractors to execute preventative and corrective maintenance tasks</li><li>Maintain operational documentation, safety protocols, and compliance records in line with regulatory requirements and company standards</li><li>Oversee spare parts inventory, site budgets, vendor coordination, and local logistics</li><li>Participate in the development and rollout of O&amp;M best practices and training programs</li><li>Partner with operations team to maximize plant performance</li><li>Manage subcontractors and external vendors</li><li>Identify safety hazards and take appropriate action to remove or eliminate hazards</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience Required<ul><li>Experience with management of a diverse team</li><li>NABCEP Certified Installation Professional</li><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience  with utility-scale PV maintenance, including PV DC operations, AC medium voltage systems, network communications and monitoring</li><li>Experience with operation of SCADA, DAS and UPS systems</li><li>Skilled in the use of testing equipment and tools such as Thermographic Electrical Inspection, IV Curve Tracing, Meggers, Ground Fault Detection</li><li>Experience in all aspects of PV maintenance, including DC systems, AC medium voltage systems, and network communications and monitoring</li><li>Diagnostic capabilities to troubleshoot and correct problems found</li><li>Knowledge of National Electrical Code and standard design/construction practices</li><li>Ability to read and understand electrical single-line and three-line diagrams</li><li>Proficiency with MS Office suite</li><li>Ability to take direction and complete tasks with minimal oversight</li><li>Valid Driver’s License</li><li>OSHA 30 HR Training</li><li>NFPA 70E Standard for Electrical Safety in workplace</li><li>Must have the ability to travel, work on-call during off-shift hours and weekends</li></ul>Physical Requirements/Work Environment<ul><li>Work is to be performed in the field and in the office</li><li>Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures.
