This role will lead a team of project managers to execute national rollout of Scout retail sites, including facility renovations, expansions, rebrands, and general upgrades. The ideal candidate brings expertise in prototype-driven automotive environments, service shop construction, and brand compliance, with the ability to manage high-volume, multi-site programs efficiently. Key responsibilities include: Program &amp; Project Management <ul><li>Build and manage a team of construction project managers to lead execution of multi-site automotive retail and service programs, including ground-up facilities, service center additions, and facility remodels. </li><li>Manage project pipelines for facility renovations, EV infrastructure upgrades, and other operational initiatives related to the retail program. </li><li>At portfolio level: manage and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery of retail network sites, build &amp;
