<p>This role is primarily responsible for providing moderately complex to complex support to the day-to-day time and labor process to ensure accurate posting of timecard transactions based on relevant policies, regulations, and standard processes. </p><ul><li>Performs simple to complex time and labor processes to support the overall timekeeping services in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, procedures &amp; regulations for country supported.</li><li>Approve timesheets and verifies attendance or hours worked in line with standard methodologies and processes, including reconciliation and audit.</li><li>Lead &amp; perform weekly close process to ensure accurate posting of timecard transactions.</li><li>Creates and reviews period-end reports such as post-payroll reports based on the stakeholder’s requirements.</li><li>Monitor completion of regular reports for timekeeping transactions.</li><li>Answers complicated to complex timekeeping inquiries using company systems based on standard procedures.</li><li>Escalates issues and recommends resolutions to the Team Lead in a timely manner.</li><li>Reviewing the changes/updates and responsible in creating new SOP/DTP</li><li>Proactively work on identifying issues, assists in investigating and proposes alternative resolution in resolving common and unusual issues.</li><li>Contributes and support in generating simple to complicated CI initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.</li><li>Participates in data gathering for audit-related activities, such as SOX &amp; EY Audit.</li><li>Contributes specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to Team Lead and Manager.</li><li>Performs ad hoc tasks as requested or assigned and provides recommendations for standardization and efficiencies.</li><li>Process simple to complex SNOW requests pertaining to timekeeping, including monitoring and closing of cases.</li><li>Under moderate supervision, performs comprehensive duties that require extensive and diversified experience and the ability to make independent decisions.</li><li>Monitor and Approve Oracle Time &amp; Labor Interface reports</li><li>Acts as the Process SME - supports junior team members, other work streams and functions in solving complex issues and tickets. Provide expert insights to team leads on root cause of errors, and processes fixes. Provide recommendations on how to improve processes and work flows.</li></ul>
