And that’s where you come in.Job Description:Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Associate Project Support  who thrives in a fast-paced environment.  The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic.  The position is based in Baltimore, Maryland.​The Associate Project Support will perform specific assigned activities supporting the Project Manager of the project. Examples are reported below:<ul><li>Ensure prompt recording of project correspondence on Project SharePoint sites and tracking logs for correspondence to/from clients and to/from subcontractors;</li><li>Ensure prompt releases of submittals to the client following release from the project team;</li><li>Preparation of customer monthly progress reports through data maintained by the Associate Project Support, as well as data provided by the Project team and PM;</li><li>Support preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Project Review presentations in PowerPoint by the PM;</li><li>Preparation of Project Progress Payment documentation and invoicing to the Project client;</li><li>Support preparation of Variation Orders for the Projects;</li><li>Contribute to the maintenance of the Project Management Plan;</li><li>Support the Project Manager for any other specific task as appropriate.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>0 to 3 years expertise in a Project Management role</li><li>Ability to support many projects and Project Managers simultaneously</li><li>Experience with Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint, Word</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree and PM Certification or Equivalent Technical Background</li></ul>Languages:<ul><li>Written and spoken English proficiency.</li></ul>In accordance with the DOT’s FRA and FTA programs, Hitachi’s substance screening program tests pre-employment candidates and current employees, as required for safety-sensitive positions.The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $116,000 per year.  Final pay is determined by the candidate’s experience, skillset and ability level, internal equity and location.Benefits:<div>Hitachi Rail employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including Competitive Pay, Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Short- &amp; Long-Term Disability, Life &amp; Accident Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts, a Retirement Savings Plan, and Paid Vacation.
