The Mechanical Systems Assembly Technician supports the Mechanization team with assembly, setup, and testing of equipment, mechanical modules, and components in accordance with engineering drawings, technical documentation, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role works closely with technicians and engineers to deliver reliable, high-quality equipment on schedule.Key Responsibilities &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Do assembly of mechanical modules and components according to technical documentation.</li><li>Do set up and take part in machine testing.</li><li>Knowledge and experience of equipment assembly.</li><li>Skills of using mechanical tools.</li><li>Able to read and understand mechanical drawings and technical documentation.</li><li>Comply with safety procedures during the equipment assembly.</li><li>Able to work with a broader team of other technicians and engineers.</li><li>Follow exactly the technical requirements and instructions to provide the expected quality of machines.</li></ul>  Experience / Qualifications<ul><li>Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role</li><li>Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands</li><li>Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results</li><li>Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)</li></ul> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Assemble mechanical modules, components, and equipment according to approved drawings, work instructions, bills of materials, and technical specifications.</li><li>Perform equipment setup and support functional, mechanical, and acceptance testing activities.</li><li>Use hand tools, power tools, measuring equipment, and assembly fixtures safely and correctly.</li><li>Verify completed work against defined quality requirements and report defects, discrepancies, or missing information.</li><li>Follow established environmental, health and safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.</li><li>Collaborate with technicians, engineers, quality teams, and other functions to resolve assembly issues.</li><li>Complete required production, inspection, and traceability records accurately and on time.</li><li>Support continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, delivery, and assembly efficiency.</li></ul><h2>Experience and Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Secondary technical education or vocational qualification in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial technology, or a related discipline; equivalent practical experience may be considered.</li><li>Previous experience in mechanical assembly, machine building, equipment installation, or a comparable manufacturing environment is preferred.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documentation.</li><li>Practical knowledge of mechanical assembly methods, tools, fasteners, and basic measurement techniques.</li><li>Strong focus on safety, quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to identify problems, communicate concerns clearly, and follow defined escalation processes.</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.</li><li>Good organizational and time-management skills, with the flexibility to work in a changing production environment.</li><li>Basic computer literacy and the ability to complete electronic or paper-based production records.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in the working language required at the site.</li><li>Ability to perform the physical activities associated with equipment assembly, subject to applicable workplace requirements and reasonable accommodation.</li></ul>Gross Annual Salary Range: 0.00 - 0.00The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
