<div>Are you ready to make an impact?</div><div>Fairmat is on a mission to reshape materials science for a more sustainable world.</div><div>We transform carbon fiber waste into next-generation, high-performance composite materials – and we’re growing fast.</div><div>To accelerate our expansion, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to help scale a climate-positive business across Europe and beyond.</div><div> </div><div>Founded in 2020, here are some things we have already accomplished:</div><div>- Built and scaled 2 factories: in France and in the USA</div><div>- Captured over 40% of the EU's industrial CFRP waste market</div><div>- Raised $102M in funding, fueling our innovative edge</div><div>- Forged 30+ material supply agreements with global industry leaders</div><div> </div><div><span style="font-size:18px;">Your role : </span></div><div>Under the supervision of our Sales Director, you will be in charge of selling Fairmat’s materials in several markets (Sporting Goods, Construction, Automotive etc...) :</div><br><br><h3>1/ Business Development: Ignite Sales Growth</h3><ul><li>Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities in USA</li><li>Map key markets, build target lists, and develop outreach strategies aligned with our sector priorities</li><li>Represent Fairmat at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our value proposition</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to tailor outreach and pitch materials to vertical-specific needs</li><li>Establish channel partnerships or OEM collaborations where strategic</li></ul><h3>2/ Sales Execution &amp; Deal Closure: Seal 4 to 8 Contracts Annually</h3><ul><li>Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature, with C-level and technical stakeholders</li><li>Understand technical and commercial requirements and translate them into winning proposals</li><li>Prepare and present compelling offers, including pricing, terms, lead times, and logistics</li><li>Negotiate contracts and framework agreements that align with company strategy and margin goals</li><li>Ensure smooth handover to operations and customer success teams post-closing</li></ul><h3>3/ Account Management &amp; Expansion</h3><ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring high satisfaction and responsiveness</li><li>Develop multi-stakeholder relationships to strengthen account stickiness</li><li>Monitor account performance, gather feedback, and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities</li><li>Manage renewals and contract extensions, working to increase account lifetime value</li><li>Provide accurate revenue forecasts and contribute to budgeting exercises</li></ul><h3>4/ Internal Collaboration &amp; Reporting</h3><ul><li>Report regularly on pipeline, KPIs, and deal progression using our CRM</li><li>Share client insights with the Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to help shape roadmap and delivery</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of sales playbooks and go-to-market tactics</li><li>Actively participate in team rituals and knowledge sharing</li></ul><br><div><strong style="font-size:18px;">Your profile:</strong></div><div>- You have a degree in Business development, negotiation or international business</div><div>- You have a interest in BtoB Business Development: specializing in complex, high-stakes deals with long sales cycles</div><div>- Keen interest in the industrial sector</div><div>- Real interest in targeted markets, like Sporting goods or Construction</div><div>- Exceptional communication aptitude</div><div>- A perfect English: a prerequisite for global impact</div>
