This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment, where your contributions will have a direct impact on the future of decarbonization.</span></div></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><div><li><p>Own end-to-end operations of our combined office, lab, and manufacturing facility, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational excellence</p></li><li><p>Identify, anticipate, and resolve facility related issues and improvement opportunities, engaging with contractors as necessary</p></li><li><p>Plan and coordinate facility build-outs to support evolving R&amp;D, engineering, and production demands as we scale</p></li><li><p>Receive incoming deliveries and routing to inventory locations, ensuring documentation and traceability are maintained with our systems</p></li><li><p>Retrieve and package inventory into traceable kits for production teams</p></li><li><p>Develop the standard operating procedures for facility maintenance and inventory operations</p></li><li><p>Manage the generation, delivery, and/or waste of production commodities (compressed gasses, DI water, industrial fluids)</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned</p></li></div></ul><h3>Basic Qualifications</h3><ul><div><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p></li><li><p>5+ years of hands-on experience in facilities management, warehouse operations, logistics, or similar roles in energy, industrial, aerospace, defense, or similar production environment</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with facility, supply chain, inventory, quality management processes and the systems used to support them (ERP, MES, QMS, CMMS, Jira, etc…)</p></li><li><p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted</p></li><li><p>Able to work on-site in Hawthorne, CA</p></li></div></ul><h3>Preferred Skills &amp; Experience</h3><ul><div><li><p>Experience in developing early-stage startups from limited procedures to systematic operations</p></li><li><p>Ability to safely operate forklifts (5-15k lb) with non-standard loads</p></li><li><p>Strong working knowledge of OSHA, ADA, safety systems, and regulatory requirements</p></li></div></ul><h3>Professional Qualities</h3><ul><div><li><p>When given a set of guiding objectives and principles, you can identify, prioritize, and execute on tasks with minimal supervision</p></li><li><p>You have strong organizational, documentation follow-through skills and take pride in the quality of your work</p></li><li><p>You are passionate about decarbonization and addressing climate change</p></li></div></ul><br>
