project management of client projects in the automotive and eMobility sector on a global level </li><li>Define features and roadmaps based on data-driven knowledge </li><li>Take over full ownership for sub-projects &amp; manage work streams independently </li><li>Plan, track, and report milestones and further KPIs and ensure that our worldwide projects teams deliver in time </li><li>Align and proactively communicate with stakeholders inside and outside the organization on different levels </li><li>Pursue the team's common goal of always creating an unforgettable experience with enthusiasm and a high level of commitment </li><li>Have an entrepreneurial and flexible approach to managing tasks</li></ul> Your Profile <ul><li>You have at least 4 years of experience in project management and/or business development, with a strong track record of successfully managing complex software projects. </li><li>Professional project management certifications (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) are considered a plus.  </li><li>Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.  </li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, enabling successful coordination across business and technical teams.  </li><li>A goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, combined with a structured, detail-oriented approach and a passion for teamwork.  </li><li>Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence.  </li><li>Openness to working with international colleagues, diverse cultures, and new technologies;
