We are in search of a skilled and experienced Civil Infrastructure PM/DM to lead our design team within a dynamic consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design and management of civil infrastructure projects, particularly in Rail. This role demands a professional who is adept at overseeing complex design processes, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities: <ol><li>Project &amp; Design Leadership in Rail Infrastructure: </li></ol><ul><li>Lead the design process for civil infrastructure projects, focusing on Rail from project planning to execution and closure.  </li></ul><ol><li>Multidisciplinary Team Coordination: </li></ol><ul><li>Manage and inspire multidisciplinary design teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with various EC offices for Multidisciplinary and/or Multicentre projects  </li></ul><ol><li>Design Process Management </li></ol><ul><li>Oversee the design stages from concept to final delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. Monitor the progress of design work, conduct regular review meetings to assess design progress and make necessary adjustments. Identify potential risks in the design phase and develop effective mitigation strategies </li></ul><ul><li>Implement and maintain high standards of design quality, ensuring compliance with AECOM’s quality principles, industry regulations and client specifications. </li></ul><ol><li>Budget and Resource Optimization: </li></ol><ul><li>Manage design budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and identifying opportunities for savings. Optimize the allocation of design resources to maximize efficiency and project success. </li></ul><ol><li>Project Documentation and Reporting: </li></ol><ul><li>Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. </li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and present regular project reports to internal teams and stakeholders for informed decision-making. </li></ul><ul><li>Adapt to the AECOM Project Delivery Procedures and standards. </li></ul>
