Collaborating across supply chain, sales, customer service, manufacturing and external suppliers/vendors, this role ensures seamless execution of production schedules for the 0–3-month window to meet customer needs and operational goals. Key responsibilities<ul><li><div>Production Planning: Develop and manage production schedules for each facility to meet target inventories based on the Consensus Demand Plan and made-to-order products, while accounting for planned downtime. Communicate planned production rates and packaging requirements to Supply Chain and Operations. </div></li><li><div>Material Management: Schedule shipments of base materials to other locations to meet monthly production and demand plans, and purchase imported materials from Brazil to support replenishment sales in North America, utilizing the Consensus File. </div></li><li><div>Performance Metrics and Reporting: Adhere to department key performance indicators (KPIs) and responding to available to promise (ATP) sales orders to achieve a 95% response time goal. Ensure timely material </div></li><li><div>placement in warehouses to minimize scheduling issue failures (PXO FATP). Inventory Oversight: Manage warehouse inventories to ensure first in first out (FIFO) compliance, address, short pallets, and resolve blocked or aging materials. Minimize and reduce inventory of unwanted materials through collaboration with Sales, Customer Service and Quality.</div></li><li><div>Risk Identification and Management: Identify risks that may impact production or inventory levels, escalating issues to managers and the business as needed.</div></li><li><div>Demand Alignment:  Communicate issues to Demand Planning that could jeopardize meeting planned monthly production targets. Work closely with Product Managers to ensure a smooth and consistent pull of contracted products by analyzing customer data.</div></li><li><div>Order Management: Approve customer orders based on product availability, forecast, inventory levels, and lead times. </div></li><li><div>Collaboration and Communication: Communicating with Customer Service and Sales to address any issues affecting quantities or delivery dates for customers. Provide input to and align with the Global Supply Planning Manager on replenishment forecasts.</div></li><li><div>Troubleshooting and Process Improvement: Troubleshooting production issues and prioritizing production during production disruptions and productivity issues. </div></li></ul><h1>About You</h1><ul><li>Minimum education, High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field is preferred</li><li>3+ years experience in supply chain, production planning, purchasing, or customer service</li><li><div>Demonstrated ability working with large data sets with Excel, Access, etc. (required) </div></li><li><div>Experience in ERP and MRP systems, such as SAP (preferred)</div></li><li><div>Experience in Inventory management (preferred)</div></li><li>Certifications in APICS CSCP, Six Sigma, and Lean Management (preferred)</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul><h3></h3><h1>Total Rewards</h1>The annual pay range estimated for this position is $68,768.00 - $85,960.00 and is bonus eligible.<h3></h3><div>Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities.
