Financial Systems, Processes &amp; Procedures</strong><li><p>Build and standardize core FP&amp;A processes, including annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasting, variance reporting, and long-range capital planning.</p></li><li><p>Select, implement, and maintain scalable FP&amp;A software and financial integration tools to automate data aggregation across ERP, procurement, and accounting systems.</p></li><li><p>Draft and enforce capital authorization limits, CapEx request procedures, and policy guidelines.</p></li><strong>3.
