Ensures that all required administrative and field paperwork is completed timely, including review and approval of all invoices.</li><li>Attends weekly/monthly project meetings as well as pre-construction and post-construction meetings.</li><li>Inspect property under construction on a regular basis to ensure the work conforms to specifications, budget and schedule and initiates any repair or replacement needs and/or adjustment of working procedures.
