<h2><span style="color:rgb(0, 32, 96);">What The Role Is</span></h2><p>Reporting to the <strong>Director of Construction, </strong>the <strong>Senior </strong><strong>Construction Project Manager</strong> is responsible for the direct management oversight and on-schedule, on-budget delivery of assigned projects to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. This role will establish project objectives and procedures, maintains liaison with primary client contacts, and directs and monitors construction and financial activities by providing direction to project engineers, supply chain and logistics coordinators, administrative and finance staff, on-site construction managers, and subcontracted labor and design services.  The Senior Construction Project Manager may also manage multiple small to medium size projects and associated project delivery staff, or may be the primary project manager on a single large project.</p><p><span style="color:rgb(0, 32, 96);">This position will be based out of the Clearway office in Scottsdale, AZ.
