Working at the intersection of Product, Sales, Business Development, and customers, you will help shape the BOS go-to-market strategy, build strategic partnerships, develop the retrofit sales pipeline, and ensure market learnings continuously inform product development. <h2>What you'll be doing:</h2><ul><li>Develop and execute the BOS commercial and sales strategy in close collaboration with the Product team. </li></ul><ul><li>Build and manage a qualified pipeline to achieve BOS growth and revenue targets, with a particular focus on 3rd-party opportunities. </li></ul><ul><li>Support and participate in customer and sales conversations for both our own and 3rd-party projects as the BOS subject matter expert. </li></ul><ul><li>Establish strategic partnerships with asset owners, property owners, and innovation partners that drive both commercial outcomes and product learning. </li></ul><ul><li>Act as the bridge between customers, Sales, and Product, ensuring customer insights and market needs are reflected in product decisions. </li></ul><ul><li>Help shape BOS messaging, value propositions, sales processes, and commercial frameworks to support scalable growth. </li></ul><ul><li>Monitor market trends, competitive developments, and emerging opportunities to inform BOS strategy and roadmap planning. </li></ul><ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and develop partnerships for future BOS-enabled services and ecosystem offerings. </li></ul> What Success Looks Like <ul><li>A healthy and growing BOS pipeline, particularly in the 3rd-party segment. </li></ul><ul><li>Strategic partnerships that contribute to revenue, customer acquisition, or product validation. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong collaboration between Product, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing. </li></ul><ul><li>Market and customer insights that drive measurable improvements in the BOS product and offering. </li></ul><h2>What you bring:</h2><ul><li>Experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Product Commercialization, Product Management, Enterprise Sales, or a similar role. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience in PropTech, Real Estate, Smart Buildings, IoT, SaaS, or related industries </li></ul><ul><li>A strong ability to translate complex product capabilities into customer value and commercial opportunities. </li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and managing complex B2B engagements. </li></ul><ul><li>Commercial acumen combined with strategic thinking and a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset. </li></ul> <h2>What We Offer</h2><ul><li>Be part of something big: You’re here to make a change?
