In this vital role, you'll be instrumental in maximizing production efficiency and ensuring the highest quality standards. You'll work within a dynamic environment, contributing to all aspects of plant operations, from process monitoring and maintenance to quality assurance and load-out.  As a Utility Operator, you’ll receive comprehensive training and become a key member of a dedicated crew working 12-hour rotating shifts (3-4 days per week). You’ll also provide essential relief coverage for Process Operators and assist with scheduling needs, all while upholding our company’s policies and objectives.  Who You Are Operational Excellence:Monitor and control plant processes using DCS &amp;
