This candidate would partner with technical business consumers across Business Intelligence, Analytics, and other domains to help them adopt, implement, and maximize the value of new data solutions. They will work as a technical liaison, supporting requirements gathering, solution adoption, and ongoing enablement. For more information, visit cadmusgroup.com.<h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul> <li>Provide excellent client service and Data Analyses in a large, big data Enterprise environment focused on the Mortgage Financial industry</li> <li>Spearhead consumer communications and managing both internal and external communications across program SharePoint site and Teams Channels</li> <li>Drive AI and prompt engineering initiatives</li> <li>Decompose and migrate legacy reports/views to modern platforms like Tableau and Python</li> <li>Support for development teams to champion consumer use cases and needs</li></ul><h2>Qualifications</h2><ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of professional experience</li> <li>Experience across the SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, documentation, training, deployment, and operations</li> <li>Solid understanding of system development methodologies and techniques, and an excellent grasp of database concepts and principles</li> <li>Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong verbal, and written communication skills</li> <li>Advanced experience with SQL including query creation (such as select queries)</li> <li>Experience with Python, Snowflake, Informatica</li> <li>Experience in working in a Cloud Platform preferably AWS</li> <li>Expert proficiency in Microsoft products, such as Word, Excel, Visio, etc.</li> <li>Ability to capture and present operational metrics to Senior Management</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks or projects at any given time</li> <li>Mortgage and Financial Data experience strongly preferred</li></ul> Additional Information:  Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.The salary range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000.
