In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining and managing long-range production planning spanning a 6-month to 5-year horizon. You will bridge the gap between top-down business strategies and floor-level execution by modeling complex scenarios—such as adding lines or shifts—and translating them into detailed, executable operational and staffing plans. Furthermore, you will act as the technical owner of our build planning software application, integrating AI-driven enhancements and new functionalities to future-proof our planning ecosystem.
