Engineering Manager (Fullstack)

<div><span>The Position</span></div><div><span>We are seeking an experienced and passionate Engineering Manager to lead a team of Fullstack Engineers responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications and platforms that serve both internal teams and external partners.</span></div><div><span>As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers while driving the successful delivery of enterprise-grade SaaS products and platform capabilities. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Architects, Designers, and Engineering leaders to execute against product roadmaps, improve engineering effectiveness, and ensure high-quality software delivery.</span></div><div><span>This role requires a strong technical foundation in Python, React, cloud-native technologies, and modern software architecture principles. You will provide technical leadership, facilitate technical discussions, guide engineering decisions, and help teams build scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.</span></div><div><span>You will play a critical role in balancing business priorities, customer needs, technical investments, and team development.
