We are looking for a new colleague who has renewable energy/ electrical engineering background, has relevant experience in asset management and /or O&amp;M of solar projects and would be keen to take responsibility for the management of PV power plants within the Renewables and Asset Segment’s Hungarian operating asset portfolio.Main responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the asset management and O&amp;M of solar (PV) power plants, ensuring efficient and safe energy generation,</li><li>Ensure the assets/ solar plants perform in accordance with the contractual obligations, defined KPIs and safety standards,</li><li>Prepare the budget forecasts for the O&amp;M,</li><li>Optimise power generation ensuring reliability, safety and cost efficiency,</li><li>Internal and external stakeholder management, including management reporting and business update communications,</li><li>Monitor asset performance, take preventive and corrective action in accordance with technical and budget requirements,</li><li>Carry out failure analysis and provide technical assistance,</li><li>Analyse the power generation data and do root cause analysis (RCA) of the failure and take necessary decisions to find suitable solutions,</li><li>Provide information for weekly reports of the asset/plant performance,</li><li>Drive and ensure safety in carrying out the activities at project sites,</li><li>Understand the O&amp;M contracts and various guarantee/warranty clause applicable to the equipment / system / services,</li><li>Ensure contractual obligations to various equipment supplier/ OEM/ service provider resulting risk free projects/ assets,</li><li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives and take actions towards de-risking the assets in the long run of their operational life cycle,</li><li>Reduce unplanned downtime of the plant through proactive measures,</li><li>Monitor and supervise direct reports as per the good industry practices,</li><li>Project management of special projects (e.g. revamping, integration of new assets in the portfolio).</li></ul>
