We are engineers, operators, and creatives solving some of the most complex, interdisciplinary challenges of our time.<h2>About the Role</h2>We're hiring a marketing and growth generalist to launch and own customer acquisition in new markets, with a focus on Base’s homebuilder partnerships and new commercial channels.In addition to optimizing growth systems in existing channels and markets, you’ll be launching from zero: no existing pipeline, no established brand presence, no proven marketing playbook. You build it and bring Base to an entirely new audience. This includes standing up the full acquisition playbook, funnel, and iterating until you find what works.You'll work closely with biz ops, sales, member experience, product, design, and growth engineering. You'll have clear targets, full ownership, and direct visibility across the organization.<h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul style=""><li>Own customer acquisition targets, with clear accountability for performance, across homebuilder partnerships and new channels.</li><li>Translate performance data into decision-making and continuously evaluate new opportunities to improve performance, with clear success metrics and a prioritization framework to guide resource allocation.</li><li>Work cross functionally with other teams (e.g., field, sales, member experience, software engineering, biz ops, deployments) to push initiatives forward.</li><li>Lead field marketing team</li><li>Build repeatable processes and marketing playbooks that enable Base to effectively scale into new markets.</li><li>Design and run structured growth experiments across the funnel to unlock step-change improvements.</li><li>Ensure Base’s brand, value proposition, and offerings are consistently represented and amplified throughout new markets and strategic partner channels.</li></ul><h2>What You'll Bring</h2><ul style=""><li>2–4+ years of hands-on consulting or growth experience<ul style=""><li>Ideally with direct ownership of customer acquisition targets in a consumer or consumer-adjacent business</li></ul></li><li>Experience operating in early-stage or unstructured environments.</li><li>Comfortable working cross-functionally with biz ops, design, sales, and product, translating growth goals into clear execution.</li><li>Data-fluency, with the ability to connect ad platform performance, on-site behavior, and CRM outcomes.</li><li>Comfortable managing +2 field reps to ensure close collaboration with partner teams</li><li>Bonus: both marketing and management consulting experience</li></ul><h2>About the Team</h2>The Marketing team at Base is lean, high-ownership, and results-driven.
