In this role you will:Pre-Sales Strategy and Governance<ul><li>Define pre-sales platform positioning and reference implementation (RI) strategy</li><li>Support executive sponsor conversations</li><li>Ensure sales motions align with delivery and platform support capacity</li><li>Establishes platform deployment standards and models across customers</li></ul>Customer Environment and Deployment Strategy<ul><li>Define enterprise deployment strategy across public SaaS, private tenant, and managed application frameworks</li><li>Establish minimum deployment readiness standards</li><li>Define exception approval processes</li><li>Ensure scalable and repeatable deployment patterns</li></ul>Portfolio Delivery Governance and Risk Management<ul><li>Ensure consistent delivery performance and own portfolio-level delivery predictability tied to revenue and net revenue retention</li><li>Establish frameworks for managing complex multi-system programs globally</li><li>Align program strategy with platform architecture</li><li>Define enterprise-level governance standards across customer engagements and drive execution alignment across global teams</li><li>Establish escalation frameworks for environment related risks</li><li>Reduce systemic delivery friction over time</li></ul>Customer Engagement and Account Health Ownership<ul><li>Own overall health, satisfaction, and success of strategic enterprise accounts</li><li>Build executive relationships</li><li>Ensure deployments demonstrate measurable ROI, operational impact, and verified data lineage</li></ul>Operating Model and Organizational Scale<ul><li>Design and govern the technical engagement operating model and ensure systemic issues are identified and resolved across programs</li><li>Clearly define boundaries between SA, TPM, and Support</li><li>Build and scale a TPM organization with strong enterprise cloud and integration expertise</li><li>Define and execute risk management strategies for large scale technical programs</li><li>Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to incorporate real world enterprise deployment learnings into roadmap prioritization</li></ul>Technical and Industry Leadership<ul><li>Drive executive alignment on technical program priorities risks and tradeoffs across departments</li><li>Serve as a technical ambassador for Context Labs in enterprise forums and strategic customer engagements</li><li>Reinforce credibility in trusted data, provenance, and enterprise deployment excellence</li></ul>Metrics, Insights and Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Establish dashboards for deployment success, time-to-value, customer satisfaction/net promoter scores, renewal rates, and expansion metrics</li><li>Use delivery insights to refine qualification, architecture standards and support readiness</li></ul> Experience:<ul><li>Proven track record of balancing enterprise revenue growth with delivery risk, regulatory exposure, and long-term trust</li><li>Demonstrated experience and understanding of global enterprise operating environments</li><li>Has successfully led and managed leaders</li><li>Defining strategy, accountability and organizational structure</li><li>Comfortable scaling engagement and operations globally</li><li>Portfolio level understanding of enterprise cloud ecosystems, security and compliance constraints, deployment frameworks and large-scale data integration architectures</li><li>Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills</li><li>An ability to explain technical subjects to non-technical people</li><li>Outstanding organizational skills.</li><li>Experience with enterprise software implementations involving complex data integration and migration efforts</li></ul> Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in oil &amp; gas operating facilities (upstream, midstream, or downstream) with the ability to thoroughly understand operational challenges and communicate effectively with customer personnel across functions and levels</li><li>Project Management and/or Agile certification is a plus</li><li>Experience with the Atlassian suite of management tools preferred</li><li>Currently residing in Abu Dhabi</li><li>Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering</li></ul> Why you’ll like it here:<ul><li>Context Labs is collaborative at its core.
