AECOM is seeking a Civil Cost Estimation Specialist to join our team in Warsaw, Poznań, or Wrocław. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our cost estimating team to prepare cost documentation for a variety of infrastructure projects across Poland and Europe, serving both private and public sector clients.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Utilize company estimating systems, tools, and procedures effectively.</li><li>Analyze how project assumptions and decisions impact overall cost estimates.</li><li>Prepare cost estimates at different stages of the project, depending on design accuracy and assumptions.</li><li>Prepare Bills of Quantities.</li><li>Develop Concept Construction Schedules.</li><li>Engage and collaborate with subcontractors and manufacturers in the European market.</li><li>Prepare various documents for submission to clients.</li><li>Participate in both in-person and remote meetings with clients and design teams.</li><li>Collaborate with discipline teams regarding project scope and selected solutions.</li><li>Track costs of materials and equipment.</li><li>Update cost plans throughout the design development process.</li></ul>
