AECOM is seeking Data Center Quality Assurance Inspectors in North Las Vegas, NV. Job responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:<ul><li>Inspect building systems, including mechanical and electrical, for compliance with contract requirements and industry standards.</li><li>Review contractor shop drawings and submittals to confirm alignment with project specifications.</li><li>Monitor the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems, confirming proper functionality and performance.</li><li>Identify and report non-conformances, coordinating with contractors and engineers to implement corrective actions.</li><li>Maintain detailed inspection reports, logs, and records for quality control and compliance tracking.</li><li>Oversee corrective actions for unacceptable construction work and support final inspections, punch lists, and project closeouts.</li><li>Witness and document critical tests, such as pressure tests, leak tests, and system start-ups.</li><li>Verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and equipment installations to confirm adherence to project specifications.</li><li>Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other inspectors to resolve issues.</li><li>Maintain professionalism in attire and communication during all time on site and in meetings.</li><li>Represent the Client in alignment with contract requirements and project deliverables.</li><li>Coordinate client Outage / Shutdown Procedure.</li><li>Coordinate GC Workplan and advise if the construction contractor fails to promptly remove, correct, or replace unacceptable construction work, and assess any delays caused by such failure.</li></ul>
