Job Description:The Junior FP&amp;A Analyst will support the Financial Planning &amp; Analysis function across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and operational analytics. This role provides visibility into the company’s financial performance, helping management make informed business decisions. Financial Planning &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models.</li><li>Consolidate inputs from business units (e.g., manufacturing, engineering, operations) and ensure accuracy and consistency.</li><li>Support analysis of revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.</li></ul>2. Reporting &amp; Variance Analysis<ul><li>Prepare monthly financial and operational performance reports (P&amp;L, margin bridge, cost trends, etc.).</li><li>Conduct variance analysis vs. plan, forecast, and prior period; identify key drivers.</li><li>Track KPI performance and provide data insights to support management discussions.</li></ul>3. Business Partnering &amp; Operational Support<ul><li>Collaborate with production, supply chain, and accounting to validate cost assumptions (DM, DL, MOH).</li><li>Support product and project-level profitability analysis.</li><li>Provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and cost control.</li></ul>4. Data &amp; System Management<ul><li>Extract, reconcile, and analyze data from ERP systems (Syteline, NetSuite, or similar).</li><li>Assist with financial model automation and dashboard creation (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau).</li><li>Support monthly and quarterly close activities related to accruals and reclasses.</li></ul>QualificationsEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.</li><li>1–3 years of experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, or accounting (internship or full-time).</li><li>Experience in manufacturing, hardware, or operations environment is a plus.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required.</li><li>ERP experience (Syteline, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle) preferred.</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally.</li><li>Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about end-to-end business operations.</li></ul>Nextracker offers a comprehensive benefits package.
