Solutions will be developed using a combination of the following tools: market, ergonomic and user scenario research, sketching, rendering, study models, computer models, and final production quality prototypes.</p><h2>What you'll get to do</h2><ul><li>Work closely with Design and Engineering Leads to scope projects to gain an understanding for clients’ business objectives.</li><li>Assist in the development of the work approach and strategy.</li><li>Participate in and lead a variety of research activities.</li><li>Possess and demonstrate a high skill level in fundamental design tools and practices.</li><li>Maintain our customer’s corporate look and feel based on material selection, color palette, specific design elements or form vocabulary.</li></ul><h2>What you bring to the team</h2><ul><li>Bachelors Fine Arts (BFA) or Bachelors Science in Industrial Design (BSID)</li><li>3-5 years in corporate or consulting environments.</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to meet deadlines.</li></ul><h2><strong>We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate</strong></h2><p>Re:Build Manufacturing is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
