You will serve as a key liaison between the design team, contractors, and project management, maintaining the highest standards of construction excellence throughout the project lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for a decisive professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and fostering collaborative relationships on site.</p><ul><li>Conduct comprehensive architectural inspections at various construction phases to verify compliance with design specifications, building codes, and UAE construction standards</li><li>Supervise on-site construction activities and coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to approved architectural plans and quality standards</li><li>Document inspection findings with precision, prepare detailed reports, and maintain organized records of all site observations and corrective actions</li><li>Identify and communicate design discrepancies, construction defects, or non-compliance issues to project stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner</li><li>Review and analyze construction materials, finishes, and workmanship to ensure they meet specified quality requirements</li><li>Coordinate with safety personnel to ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations and best practices</li><li>Interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents to assess construction progress and quality with analytical rigor</li><li>Communicate effectively with project teams, contractors, and clients regarding inspection results and recommendations in a professional and supportive manner</li><li>Prepare comprehensive site supervision reports and maintain detailed documentation for project records and regulatory compliance</li><li>Analyze construction methodologies and problem-solve issues that may arise during the building process with decisiveness and efficiency</li><li>Ensure proper sequencing of construction activities and coordinate between different trades on site to maintain project momentum</li><li>Make sound, independent decisions in the field while maintaining transparency with all stakeholders</li></ul>
