Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple large-scale preferred aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery while meeting quality, budget, and timeline objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.</li><li>Oversee the end-to-end execution of aviation terminal building projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.</li><li>Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to address project challenges and ensure smooth progress.</li><li>Lead multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.</li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the project team.</li><li>Implement robust quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and adherence to quality benchmarks.</li><li>Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with approved plans.</li><li>Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns through proactive risk management.</li><li>Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.</li><li>Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.</li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and financial records.</li></ul>
