Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Civil Engineer to lead and oversee multiple large-scale preferred aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and construction, with a proven ability to deliver complex infrastructure projects while meeting quality, budget, and timeline objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed project designs and plans.</li><li>Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.</li><li>Supervise and monitor all civil engineering activities at project sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of construction activities.</li><li>Implement robust quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and rectify potential issues.</li><li>Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.</li><li>Monitor construction costs and ensure that projects are completed within the approved budget.</li><li>Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.</li><li>Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress and challenges.</li><li>Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily progress reports, material logs, and quality control records.</li></ul>
