Role Summary Range Energy is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Manager &amp; Corporate Paralegal to help build and manage the systems, processes, and records that support our legal function as the company enters its next stage of growth.Reporting to the General Counsel and Chief Strategy Officer, you will serve as the operational backbone of the legal department. You will support corporate governance, transactions, securities compliance, contract administration, entity management, diligence, Board processes, and outside counsel management.This is not a narrow or highly specialized paralegal role. You will work across the company, coordinate complex legal workstreams, improve how legal work gets done, and take ownership of projects that might otherwise be handled by outside counsel. You should be comfortable moving between detailed administrative work, transaction management, legal technology, and cross-functional coordination.Initially, the role will include significant support for capital markets, public-company readiness, corporate governance, and transaction-related work.
