<h3>IT Support Technician</h3>This role at Lunar Energy will be varied and exciting, working alongside both a local and international team. We’re a fast-growing, global company building the world’s best clean energy products to electrify all homes and connect communities to form clean, resilient virtual power plants.On a given day at Lunar, you’ll likely:<ul><li>Provide 1st/2nd line support to colleagues concerning issues with their devices or using any of the company’s SaaS platforms</li><li>Procure equipment for new hires, provision accounts, or handle employee on/off-boarding</li><li>Identify issues with and optimize IT processes</li><li>Use AI tools to speed up troubleshooting, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline documentation</li><li>Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring system performance</li><li>Research and recommend new products or services</li><li>Day-to-day user support</li><li>Office systems support (video conferencing, room booking, access control, media systems)</li><li>User onboarding/offboarding and basic training</li><li>Documentation of new and existing platforms &amp; processes</li><li>Problem determination of network and connectivity issues</li><li>Device procurement for various types of service requests</li><li>Monitoring of endpoint management and security tools, proactively remediating issues</li><li>Maintaining an inventory process, maintaining storage cleanliness</li><li>Various projects to streamline all the above, automate processes, improve security etc</li></ul>Desired Skills:<ul><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to talk and present to a range of audiences</li><li>Ability to strive for an excellent customer experience while driving results</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach</li><li>A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change</li><li>The ability to work under pressure on multiple projects within your project timeframes</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and an informed, evidence-based approach</li><li>macOS and Windows device support &amp; management</li><li>Familiarity with  Google Workspace &amp; Slack</li><li>Familiarity with MDM solutions</li><li>Network troubleshooting - DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPNs</li><li>Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc)</li><li>Okta administration</li><li>Scripting (Python, Bash, Powershell)</li><li>Azure AD</li><li>Kandji</li><li>Intune/Endpoint Manager</li></ul>Benefits:We’re dedicated to creating a remarkable employee experience.
