We’ve come a long way, join us in the next step of our incredible journey! What are we looking for The Head of Market Development is responsible for identifying, evaluating and developing market opportunities that position ITM for sales success in core and emerging markets, driving the company's long-term growth strategy within the hydrogen sector. This role will lead the Market Development team to assess market attractiveness, develop market entry strategies, establish key industry relationships, and enable successful expansion into new opportunities. To support our sales teams, the Head of Market Development will lead the development of market, customer and competitor intelligence. The role will lead a geographically dispersed team of Business Development professionals, supported by Market Intelligence Analysts, ensuring market insights are translated into actionable growth plans and commercial success.
