Assist the electrical department manager to do the same.</li><li>Represent AECOM to clients, participate in interviews, and help craft winning proposals.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide technical vision and thought leadership for mechanical engineering across the Boston practice.</li></ul>Success in this role will be measured by team growth, employee engagement, technical quality, client satisfaction, and successful project delivery.This is an opportunity to shape the future of AECOM's building engineering practice in Boston.
