This role offers a unique opportunity to influence planning strategies, contribute to the continued evolution of SAP IBP, and help advance demand planning capabilities that support business growth and operational excellence across IPEX.</div><div></div><div><br><b>Principal Responsibilities</b></div><div></div><ul><li>Shape and own demand forecasts by combining statistical analysis, market intelligence, customer trends, and commercial insights to support business growth and operational performance.</li><li>Lead the consensus forecasting process by partnering with Sales and business stakeholders to validate assumptions, challenge forecasts, and drive accountability and commitment to agreed-upon demand plans.</li><li>Identify emerging demand trends, risks, and opportunities through ongoing performance analysis, using insights to strengthen forecast accuracy and support better business decisions.</li><li>Translate complex data into meaningful insights, reports, and recommendations that influence planning priorities and improve organizational visibility.</li><li>Support product launches, promotions, projects, and product lifecycle changes by ensuring demand plans accurately reflect evolving market conditions.</li><li>Contribute to the advancement of IPEX's planning capabilities through forecasting enhancements, SAP IBP adoption, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li></ul><div></div><div><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></div><ul><li>5+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning, or a related analytical role, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or consumer products environment.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and practical experience.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus, challenge assumptions, drive accountability, and influence business decisions.</li><li>Proven experience developing demand forecasts, applying forecasting methodologies, and supporting S&amp;OP/IBP processes.</li><li>Strong communication, influencing, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, investigate variances, and translate data into actionable business insights.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, with the ability to synthesize large volumes of information into actionable business insights.</li><li>Experience working with ERP and demand planning platforms such as SAP IBP, SAP APO, or similar planning systems.</li><li>Experience with Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, or other reporting and data visualization tools is considered an asset.</li><li>Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic environment.</li><li> APICS (CPIM, CSCP) or similar professional certifications are considered an asset.</li></ul><div></div><div></div><div>The compensation for this position is between $81,300 - $101,600 annually, based on experience and qualifications.</div><div></div><div></div><div>IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
