Provide monthly tracking reports for budget holders. Ensure comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports are available for CEO and Board.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and be responsible for timely completion of expense coding, allocations, reimbursements, and monthly reporting processes.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor and track expenditures against grant budgets; preparing financial&nbsp; reports to staff, board and funders.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with all financial policies and implement internal controls.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Support Other Operations Functions&nbsp;<ul><li>Oversee implementation of existing policies and procedures to optimize resources and ensure organizational compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.&nbsp; Develop new policy as needed.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Manage relationships with consultants and contractors supporting finance and administrative work.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Support the CEO and Board with operational information and materials for board activities as needed.&nbsp;</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;<ul><li>10+ years of relevant experience in the management of financial functions and organizational administration, ideally within a nonprofit setting.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated experience with financial processes, grant budgets and grant accounting, and contracts.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong working knowledge of nonprofit operations, administration, and accounting.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with financial reporting; experience with managing restricted funding a plus.&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to independently own and drive complex finance and administrative functions.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational and task management skills; excellent attention to detail.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and responsibilities effectively, and meet deadlines.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and comfort with cloud-based tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft, QuickBooks, <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://Monday.com">Monday.com</a>, or other project/financial management systems is a plus.&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;Location, Hours, and Travel&nbsp;This is a regular full-time remote position.
