You likely bring 3–6 years of manufacturing experience with at least 1–2 years leading a team, emphasis on driving a Lean Manufacturing culture, strong mechanical aptitude, and solid hand tool knowledge—ideally with hands-on experience on machines like layup, consolidator, waterjet, CNC router, and/or press. You'll monitor performance and metrics, track and resolve downtime, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement across your area..
