This team owns the engineering work that keeps our production lines running and takes them to full rate. In this role you will run the programs that move production from where it is today to where it needs to be on throughput, yield, uptime, and cost, working with process, mechanical, electrical, controls, and manufacturing engineers to scope the work, sequence it around production windows, and get it installed, qualified, and handed to operations. You will report status, flag schedule risk early, and build the recovery plan when a program slips.
