Then keep reading - you’ve come to the right place.<h2>Role Description</h2>Form Energy is seeking a Training Technician to join our team at Form Factory 1 in Weirton, WV, supporting the Anode and GDE lines.In this role, you will be critical to the success of our production workforce by ensuring all Production Associates are fully trained, proficient, and compliant with all production processes and safety standards. Your primary responsibilities will be to deliver engaging and hands-on training, develop and maintain training content and work instructions, and continuously assess the effectiveness of the delivered training. You will work closely with Production Leadership and cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, Quality) to ensure training materials reflect the latest process improvements and quality standards.
