Participation in every phase of a project: requirements review, software design and coding, unit testing, system integration and sustaining engineering.Job Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of experience with C, C# and/or C++ programming</li><li>Experience developing in Visual Studio is highly desired</li><li>Experience programming in an SQL Server environment is highly desired</li><li>Experience testing equipment in thermal chambers highly desired</li><li>Understanding of embedded, multi-threaded software design and implementation is very helpful.  (e.g. embedded Linux, RTEMs, etc.)</li><li>Ability to understand both the hardware and software components of the embedded systems under test</li><li>Excellent knowledge of hardware subsystems and common peripheral buses I2C, SPI, USB</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Ability to setup various tool chains, build and debugging environments and use of debugging tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc. is very helpful</li><li>Experience with infrared and/or visible imaging technologies, image acquisition and processing is desired but not required</li><li>Experience testing high volume products is helpful.</li><li>Experience using AI to write or test software in a commercial product is required</li></ul>EducationBS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EE, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field—or equivalent relevant work experience.<div></div>Applicants must be a U.S. citizen.  Salary Range: $90,800.00-$121,100.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
