The Production Technician will perform hands-on manufacturing tasks, ensure adherence to quality standards, and maintain a safe working environment. This role is essential for supporting the production team in achieving accurate, timely, and high-quality output.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate and monitor production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li><li>Assist in assembling, testing, and inspecting lithium-ion battery products and related materials.</li><li>Maintain production records and report any deviations or issues to the leader or manager.</li><li>Follow all EHS guidelines and maintain a safe work environment.</li><li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and efficiency.</li><li>Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials and products.</li><li>Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment.</li><li>Support the team in meeting production targets and schedules.</li></ul>Desired Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field.</li><li>Some of experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of production equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.</li><li>Understanding of quality standards and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to follow SOPs and work under supervision.</li><li>Strong teamwork and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li></ul>
