This role serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for developing sophisticated financial, commercial, and technical analyses that drive strategic sales decisions and business growth across the region.The Sales Analyst independently develops complex pricing models, financial analyses, commercial proposals, and deal structures while partnering closely with Sales, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Operations. Master's degree is preferred or equivalent relevant professional experience</li><li>Minimum of: 8 to 12 years of relevant experience</li><li>Advanced experience in financial modeling, commercial analysis, sales operations, pricing strategy, or business analytics.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems involving multiple variables and develop effective, data-driven solutions.</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business reporting tools.</li><li>Experience with Salesforce CRM, NetSuite ERP, or similar enterprise systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of financial analysis, business modeling, forecasting, and commercial decision-making.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.</li><li>Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a dynamic environment.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience within the renewable energy, solar, EPC, or infrastructure industries.</li><li>Experience supporting global or multinational commercial organizations.</li><li>Knowledge of utility-scale solar project economics and commercial contracting.</li><li>Experience developing business intelligence dashboards and advanced analytics.</li></ul>Nextpower offers a comprehensive benefits package.
