Program Marketing SpecialistEnergyHub empowers utilities and their customers to create a clean, distributed energy future. We accomplish this through innovative software and program management solutions that harness millions of distributed energy resources, enabling utilities to support more renewables and rely less on fossil energy. The Program Marketing Specialist will be responsible for partnering with our utility clients to execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns that drive end-user enrollment in our residential demand response programs. This is an outstanding opportunity to apply marketing and project management skills while contributing to an energy-focused enterprise software company. Responsibilities<ul><li>Partner with our utility clients to drive end-user enrollment in demand response programs</li><li>Build relationships with utility client counterparts and secure buy-in for key marketing initiatives </li><li>Support net service revenue growth by positioning marketing services to clients based on program needs and objectives</li><li>Present program marketing strategies, project plans and insights to utility clients</li><li>Evangelize program marketing best practices that enable utilities to rapidly and efficiently grow enrollments</li><li>Partner with the client success team to disseminate program marketing best practices</li><li>Help ensure consistent marketing messaging across utility, OEM partner and EnergyHub-owned marketing experiences</li><li>Develop knowledge base content and marketing case studies that clients can use to improve program marketing outcomes</li><li>Create, edit, and maintain marketing materials on behalf of utility clients across various platforms, including websites, social media, and email</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>Skills/Qualifications<ul><li>3-4 years of B2C acquisition marketing experience </li><li>Excellent communication skills, storytelling skills and ability to distill complex concepts into key takeaways for clients</li><li>General knowledge of marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, CRO, and social media</li><li>Highly organized, with an ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and budgets</li><li>Data-driven mindset with an affinity for Excel and Google Analytics</li><li>Informed opinions on marketing copy, design and UX best practices</li><li>Experience with data visualization tools</li><li>Energy industry knowledge is a plus, or a track record of rapidly acquiring domain knowledge in a similarly complex vertical</li><li>Curiosity and enthusiasm about learning new things and building new relationships</li></ul>Please note that sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time.Why work for EnergyHub?<ul><li>Collaborate with outstanding people: Our employees work hard, do great work, and enjoy collaborating and learning from each other.</li><li>Make an immediate impact: New employees can expect to be given real responsibility for bringing new technologies to the marketplace.
