This role involves coordinating with project teams, stakeholders, and other departments to track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. </p><p><strong>Responsibilities/Essential Duties will Include:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather project details and ensure accurate schedule development.</li><li>Monitor project progress and performance to identify potential scheduling issues and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Prepare periodic schedule reports, including critical path analysis, project forecasts, and status updates for stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain and update project baselines, ensuring that changes are documented, and schedules are revised accordingly.</li><li>Conduct “what-if” scenario analysis to forecast potential project impacts and devise mitigation plans.</li><li>Track and document schedule deviations and assess their impact on the overall project timeline.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of scheduling activities and provide training to team members as needed.</li><li>Coordinate with the cost control team to integrate schedule and cost information, ensuring alignment and consistency in project reporting.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or related fields, preferably in construction, engineering, or large-scale infrastructure projects.</li><li>Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, including critical path analysis and earned value management (EVM).</li><li>Experience with risk management and familiarity with schedule risk analysis.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding schedule management and best practices.</li></ul><p> </p><div><p><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:helvetica , arial , sans-serif;">The position is full-time.
