Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in facilities engineering, building infrastructure, or plant engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or people management role.</li><li>Strong expertise in the design, operation, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within manufacturing, industrial, corporate, or mission-critical environments.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of electrical power distribution systems, including medium- and low-voltage infrastructure, power monitoring systems, and building management systems (BMS).</li><li>Hands-on experience performing or overseeing electrical system studies, including load flow, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash analysis using ETAP or similar software.</li><li>Proven experience managing facility infrastructure projects from concept, design, and procurement through construction, commissioning, and closeout.</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and other applicable building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.</li><li>Experience developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs that improve system reliability, equipment life, and operational efficiency.</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, budgets, schedules, contractors, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Experience identifying and implementing energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-reduction initiatives across facility operations.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex facility and infrastructure issues.</li><li>Strong communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring engineering teams and providing technical guidance across diverse projects and locations.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and CMMS platforms;
