Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketeer to join our regional strategic marketing team. This pivotal role will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive growth, elevate brand presence, and support high-impact initiatives across key sectors in Europe and India.You will play a key role in identifying and activating growth opportunities, leading cross-sector brand campaigns and flagship regional events, and supporting operational excellence and performance tracking. With innovative ideas to differentiate and deliver against marketing objectives.</li><li>Collaborative and flexible approach to delivering at pace, joining the dots between programmes of work to maximise efficiencies, delivering quality on time and on budget</li><li>Evaluation and tracking of communications activity, defining success measures and proactively sharing learnings and recommendations to increase effectiveness</li></ul>Key responsibilitiesStrategic marketing &amp; growth activation<ul><li>Collaborate with the Strategic Marketing and Campaigns Lead to develop strategic marketing campaigns and activate high-potential growth opportunities.</li><li>Lead the design and delivery of innovative integrated multi-channel (events, thought leadership, digital and media relations) marketing plans aligned with business strategy priorities</li><li>Develop and deliver social media content and email marketing campaigns to support strategic initiatives and enhance brand presence</li><li>Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new services and offerings.</li><li>Use SOSTAC or similar frameworks to structure campaign planning and execution.</li><li>Advocate for a client-centric and outside-in perspective throughout the team and among business stakeholders.</li><li>Use embedded AI tools and data driven approaches to improve efficiency, insight and campaign effectiveness. </li></ul>Brand campaigns &amp; high-impact events<ul><li>Lead the planning and delivery of high-investment, fast paced, cross-business brand events and related campaign activities.</li><li>Oversee event strategy, logistics, content, and post-event engagement to ensure maximum ROI.</li><li>Partner with the content, creative, communications and digital teams to deliver integrated and compelling, multi-channel campaigns that translate complex technical capability into compelling, credible narratives for target audiences.</li></ul>Stakeholder engagement &amp; collaboration<ul><li>Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders including Client Account Managers, Sector Leaders, and wider MarComms teams within region and globally.</li><li>Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on marketing best practices and brand positioning.</li><li>Ensure alignment of regional marketing activities with global brand and messaging strategies.</li></ul>Marketing operations &amp; performance<ul><li>Support in managing marketing operations, including budget tracking, reporting, and governance.</li><li>Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; optimize based on insights.</li><li>Contribute to monthly marketing dashboards and ROI reporting for senior leadership.</li><li>Implementation of marketing processes and approval workflows, proactively recommending improvements to increase efficiency.</li></ul>
