Project Design and Execution<ul><li>Lead the planning and detailed design of utilities corridors and utility diversion schemes for infrastructure and civil engineering projects.</li><li>Perform utility impact assessments and propose diversion, protection, or relocation solutions.</li><li>Review utility survey data, utility records, and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) findings.</li><li>Support design development from feasibility and concept stages through detailed design and construction.</li><li>Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using industry-standard software and tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities</li></ul>Project Management<ul><li>Manage assigned utility design packages and ensure timely delivery. Monitor schedules and resource requirements.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.</li><li>Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.</li></ul>Leadership and Team Collaboration<ul><li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.</li><li>Foster a collaborative work environment and promote knowledge sharing within the team.</li><li>Participate in training and mentoring. Compliance and Quality Assurance</li><li>Ensure designs comply with statutory requirements, utility agency standards, and project specifications, including environmental and safety standards.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.</li><li>Review and approve engineering designs, reports, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.</li></ul>Client and Stakeholder Engagement<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and updates to clients and stakeholders.</li><li>Address client concerns and provide innovative solutions to meet project objectives</li></ul>
